SPECIFICATIONS: - These high quality playsets are manufactured in the heart of Ohio's Amish country. You will immediately notice the fine craftsmanship and quality construction. They are manufactured with #1 Grade pressure treated yellow pine. We use only Natural Select so that our lumber is completely safe for your family. All lumber is milled to give it a smooth surface and all corners and edges are rounded. They are constructed using only galvanized or plated screws, bolts and hardware.
WATERSEALING - 10% of Purchase price for TWP Watersealing Protectant.
DELIVERY - 10% for delivery and installation. This price is good up to 20 miles from our sales location. After 20 miles, add $2.75 per mile, one way. Note: Gate or yard must be wide enough for playset to fit through.
SITE PREPARATION - Customer must
have a level, prepared site. There will be a $50 minimum fee for any
digging or leveling of your yard.
