SPECIFICATIONS: -  You will immediately notice the fine craftsmanship and quality construction.  They are manufactured with pressure treated yellow pine with Vinyl sleeves.  We use maintenance free poly decking and plastic products.  They are constructed using only Stainless Steel screws, bolts and hardware.

DELIVERY - 10% for delivery and installation. This price is goodin Zone A (which is approx. a 20 mile radius from your sales location). Charges apply per mileage or zone outside of Zone A. See salesman for details. Note: Gate or yard must be wide enough for playset to fit through.

SITE PREPARATION - Customer must have a level, prepared site.  There will be a $50 minimum fee for any digging or leveling of your yard.
