The garage has a similar
look as our workshop model, but is sturdier built, to hold the weight of a
car. The floor is reinforced with joists spaced 12” on center. The sidewalls
are 7’ high, which makes our garages easy to move around in. Includes single
door, two large windows with shutters, and a 9’ x 7’ overhead garage door.

Our Economy Buildings are a great answer for storage on a
small scale. Whether it's the Lean-To or the Mini Barn, both offer a low
cost durable alternative to keep your items in storage for years to come.
The Lean-To is a great option to place up against your house or that
building that is just too crowded, and our Mini Barn has long held a place
as a backyard addition. Both buildings come with a double door, 4x4 treated
skids, 2x4 joists, 5/8 flooring and 2x3 walls. "note we omitted the words 2

PROFESSIONAL SITE PREPARATION
All site preps include basic leveling and 6" of crushed stone. Additional charges may apply for dirt removal, extensive digging of excessive stone (over 12"). Per Trip Dirt Removal Charge: $90.00.

FREE SITE INSPECTIONS - If you are unsure about accessibility to your site, we would be happy to check it for you if you are within 20 miles of our sales lot. We are not responsible for site preparation, or problems due to limited access to your yard. A $50.00 fee will be charged for difficult or lengthy deliveries of over 45 minutes.
ON SITE ASSEMBLY - We offer On-Site Assembly if your site is inaccessible by our truck. We will pre-fab the shed in our shop, transport the pieces and erect it on your site. 30% charge for both Painted Sheds and Vinyl Sheds.
SPECIFICATIONS - We normally have in-stock models, but we will build your shed to order. All sheds have 4x4 pressure-treated timber skids for the foundation runners. Floor joists are 2x4's spaced 16" on center and covered with 5/8" flooring. 2x4 studs spaced 16" on center frame the walls of most our buildings. Roof trusses are designed to give maximum head room over most of the floor, using 2x4's that are also spaced 16' on center. Trusses are covered with 1/2" plywood.
DELIVERY - Delivery is FREE within 20 miles. After 20 miles we charge $2.75 per mile, one way. On 14' wide buildings or 12' wide Carriage Sheds, add $3.75 per mile, one way. On long distance or out of state hauling these charges apply, plus any tolls or permits.
Due to legal restrictions, 14' wide buildings measure 14' from outside eave to outside eave. Actual floor dimensions will vary per style.
SITE PREPARATION - You need to have a prepared site to place your building on. For an additional fee we offer professional site preparation services. Please contact us for details and pricing. Or, if you would like to prepare your own site, we recommend that you put down a 4-6 inch crushed stone base. Your site must be level.
