Site Preparation You need to have a prepared site to place your building on. For an additional fee we offer professional site preparation services. Please contact us for details and pricing. Or, if you would like to prepare your own site, we recommend that you put down a 4-6 inch crushed stone base. Your site must be level.

FREE delivery for all Zone A residents (which is approx. a 20 mile radius from your sales location). Charges apply per mileage or zone outside of Zone A, and for difficult or lengthy deliveries.

If you are unsure about accessibility to your site, we would be happy to check it for you if you are within 20 miles of our sales lot. We are not responsible for site preparation, or problems due to limited access to your yard. A $50.00 fee will be charged for difficult or lengthy deliveries of over 45 minutes.

We offer On-Site Assembly if your site is inaccessible by our truck. We will pre-fab the shed in our shop, transport the pieces and erect it on your site. 35% charge for both Painted Sheds and Vinyl Sheds.
