DELIVERY - Delivery is FREE within 20 miles. After 20 miles we charge $2.75 per mile, one way.  On 14' wide buildings or 12' wide Carriage Sheds, add $3.75 per mile, one way.  On long distance or out of state hauling these charges apply, plus any tolls or permits.

SITE PREPARATION - You need to have a prepared site to place your building on.  For an additional fee we offer professional site preparation services. Please contact us for details and pricing. Or, if you would like to prepare your own site, we recommend that you put down a 4 inch crushed stone base.  Your site must be level.
