SPECIFICATIONS: - You will immediately notice the fine craftsmanship and quality construction. They are manufactured with pressure treated yellow pine with Vinyl sleeves. We use maintenance free poly decking and plastic products. They are constructed using only Stainless Steel screws, bolts and hardware.

DELIVERY - 10% for delivery and installation. This price is good up to 20 miles from our sales location. After 20 miles, add $2.75 per mile, one way. Note: Gate or yard must be wide enough for playset to fit through.

SITE PREPARATION - Customer must have a level, prepared site. There will be a $40 minimum fee for any digging or leveling of your yard.
